90 DAY Warranty: Stainless Steel and SILGRANIT® Sinks

BLANCO CANADA INC. hereafter referred to as BLANCO, is pleased to offer a limited warranty on your E-Store purchase of 90 days from the date of purchase. BLANCO warrants its sinks to be free from all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.

BLANCO will repair or replace, at no charge, excluding labour, any sink supplied by BLANCO that is proven to be defective under normal use within the 90 day warranty. An equivalent replacement will be issued to the original owner provided the defective sink was installed in accordance with BLANCO installation procedures, used and cleaned as recommended and not damaged due to abuse, misuse or negligence.

Chips, scratches and stains are not deemed to be manufacturing defects. BLANCO will not be held liable for chips, scratches and stains that can occur under normal use within the 90 day period of time. Please refer to cleaning instructions to maintain your sink in its original appearance. BLANCO shall not be held liable under this warranty where the sink has been used in a non-domestic application, improperly installed, or damaged from the impact caused by a heavy object being dropped on the sink or from improper handling. BLANCO shall not be liable for any inconvenience or expense for material or labour related to the removal or replacement of a defective sink or for any loss or damage to any person or property whatsoever resulting from the defective sink. All transportation costs to and from the point of purchase will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

90 DAY Warranty: Faucets

All faucets are thoroughly checked and tested in the factory. However, if the faucet has a manufacturing defect, BLANCO reserves the right to replace the damaged part or the entire faucet within the 90 day warranty period. BLANCO warrants its faucets to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship; and the finish and ceramic disk cartridge to be free from manufacturing defects and workmanship, to the original consumer purchaser of the faucet from the original date of purchase for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home. If the cartridge proves to be defective during the 90 day warranty period, BLANCO will provide a replacement free of charge.

This warranty does not cover faucets which have been improperly installed or subject to improper use or used in a location other than a residential kitchen or faucets which have been damaged due to mineral deposits or the use of corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents. This warranty does not cover shipping costs, labour costs or any other cost associated with the installation or replacement of the product/parts and is extended only to the original consumer purchaser of the faucet.

BLANCO is not responsible or liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of its faucets and its liability under this 90 day warranty.


Accessories included with the sink (strainers, waste fittings, etc.) are excluded from the warranty. All other accessories that are purchased separately are covered for a period of 90 days.
